Allergen Information

We are sorry to inform food allergen sufferers the following.

Because we are a small artisan bakery and utilise hand crafted production techniques; we are unable to guarantee the absence of the following allergens in any of our products:

Cereals - We use Wheat, Rye, Barley, Oats and Spelt

Eggs - We use free range Eggs

Peanuts - We use not only in nut form, but also Peanut butter

Soya - We use Soya powder and oil

Nuts - We us Almonds, Hazelnut, Walnut, Cashew, Pecan, Pistachio & Macadamia

Mustard - We use Mustard Seeds and Mustard powder

Sesame - We use Sesame seeds

Sulphur Dioxide - We use some ingredients that have been treated with this (e.g. dried fruits).
