if you want your bread sliced)
All our products are 100% hand crafted, no mass production techniques are used here, just old fashioned passion for our
craft
Our breads are what is nowadays called "clean label", but we prefer to simply call them "Honest"
You will only find local wheat milled by Shipton Mill, sea salt, yeast and a smidge of Vitamin C in our bread
We prefer time honoured techniques of slower fermentation, by using less yeast than modern bakeries, allowing the fabulous
flavours to develop, and rendering the bread easier to digest too
We firmly believe that bread should be bread, insisting on using the best of today to rediscover the flavours of yesterday
